They roast California almonds slowly at lower temperatures to caramelize them, emphasizing a sweet aroma and signature crunch. This cocoa-infused nut butter is infused with stone-milled dark chocolate and would be great in homemade candy, just off a spoon or in an elevated peanut cocoa butter and jam sandwich.
