When Maggie was a kid, her grandmother used to make homemade maple candy. This Maple Cube from Tonewood in Vermont is reminiscent of that homemade candy. It's a cube of pure maple sugar that can be grated on top of oatmeal, yogurt, ice cream or other fancy desserts. We imagine a quick grating on pumpkin pie would be perfect at the holidays.
