The ever-so-delightful We Love Jam began by making Blenheim Apricot Jam with apricots from a very old, organic tree in their Santa Clara, California, backyard. After being touted as the "best jam they ever tasted" in Food & Wine magazine, the small-batch makers had to move beyond the backyard tree. They still make the Blenheim Apricot Jam—even though the apricots are considered "endangered" and difficult to come by—but also include some other favorites as well.
Blenheim Apricot Jam: The Jam that started it all. Made from the Bleinham Apricots in July, this jam will bowl you over with its delicate flavor and silky-smooth texture.
Mariposa Plum Jam: We Love Jam is the first company to make jam from this varietal of plum, and the results are a fragrantly floral and perfectly plum.
Elephant Heart Plum Jam: This difficult-to-find plum produces a tart, almost spicy, flavor, which must be tasted to be believed. The jam is only made in limited quantities in September.
