We love Fat Toad Farm's rich goat's milk caramel. The flavor is lucious and smooth, very similar to a dulce de leche. It's not as sweet as traditional caramel sauces and is handmade in Vermont. This sauce would go well slathered in crepes or pancakes, heated and spooned on ice cream or yogurt, or as many of us do here, just served on a spoon. It would also be divine in a holiday milk punch. This is for an 8 oz jar.
